From the Nile to the Don celebrates the influence of the African Diaspora on popular music and dance genres from jazz and the blues to hip hop and beatbox. Young Centre Resident Artist Waleed Abdulhamid has brought together an exciting group of talented musicians and dancers to showcase a fusion of traditional African culture and contemporary music styles.
